Syrian actress Madiha Kneifati clarified that false statements have been published attributing severe criticism of actress Nesreen Tafesh to her.
In a statement to a media outlet, Madiha Kneifati said: "Nesreen and I are not close friends, and we don't communicate much, but I have all the love and respect for her, and I appreciate what she offers. There is absolutely no problem between us; on the contrary, our relationship has always been good." She mentioned that she has not given any interviews recently, and when she does express herself, she criticizes respectfully without disrespecting her colleagues. She stressed that all negative comments attributed to her regarding Nesreen are fabricated and untrue.
Madiha further confirmed that she has not insulted anyone since the beginning of her artistic career and until now, but some websites publish false news and statements to gain more views. Previously, Madiha acknowledged that she has been very lax in her presence on social media, admitting that she has not even been convinced to create a personal page or account on Facebook, stating: "I have an Instagram account, and it is my only account on these sites. I try to communicate as much as possible, but my posts are very limited compared to other female artists."
She added that social media has become a fundamental aspect of life for everyone in general and for artists in particular, and she is well aware of this, but doesn't apply it in practice. It is worth mentioning that Madiha Kneifati participated only in the series "Portrait," which aired on several channels.
