According to "Russia Today," U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen stated, "The G7 countries are discussing the creation of a special cartel for Russian oil importers tasked with setting a price cap." She added to reporters in Bonn, "Many, including myself, find this option attractive from a broader economic perspective, but in reality, launching such a mechanism is a challenging and complex task, and not all issues related to it have been resolved yet."
