A "Change" Deputy Will Not Participate in Consultations

Deputy Michel Doueihi announced that he will not participate in tomorrow's consultations, stating via Twitter: "I will not participate tomorrow in the consultations with the designated president, not because they are not constitutionally binding, but because I did not name him and have nothing to say to a person who, like others from this class, is involved in the destruction of Lebanon on one hand, and my conviction on the other hand, that he can only form a quota-based government (if he forms one) that will increase the collapse and leave the Lebanese to their unknown fate."
