Fifteen people were killed today after a minibus collided with two trucks in the Ulyanovsk region, east of Moscow, according to Russian media reports.
Witnesses reported that a truck went off its path and collided with a minibus traveling in the opposite direction near the town of Nikolayevka, which was also struck from behind by another truck at the time of the incident.
Images published by the Russian channel "Ren TV" showed the minibus nearly crushed by the two trucks.
The accident resulted in the deaths of 15 individuals, all from Kazakhstan, according to the public news agency "RIA Novosti" citing the ambulance service.
Three other people, two men and a woman, were taken to the hospital in critical condition, as revealed by Alexei Ruskykh, the governor of the Ulyanovsk region, via his Telegram account.
