Ramiz Galal topped Google trends after he apologized to the artists who became victims of the show he presents every year during the Ramadan season, broadcast on MBC channels. This occurred during the Joy Awards ceremony in Riyadh, where he received the award for "Most Watched Program." Ramiz expressed his happiness with the award, especially since it is related to viewership ratings.
Ramiz Galal stated, "I am very happy and thrilled to be honored for the journey I have taken with MBC. Whenever someone criticized me harshly, I always knew that God had something great in store for me. I would like to thank everyone who stood by me in the program, especially His Excellency Turki Al Sheikh and the entire MBC group. To anyone I have pranked and who is upset with me, I apologize."
He also made a request to Arab artist Mohammed Abdu, expressing his wish for him to become a victim in his program, assuring him that he would inform him of the prank beforehand. Additionally, Ramiz announced his presence in the upcoming Ramadan season with a new prank program during a meeting on the sidelines of the event, stating, "It wouldn’t be right for me not to be present in Ramadan."
During the celebration, numerous stars from various fields, including music, drama, cinema, sports, and influencers, were honored and awarded for their achievements over the past year. The event, which was a collaborative artistic and entertainment occasion organized by the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia under the "Riyadh Season," with the participation of the "MBC Group," celebrated the "Entertainment Makers Awards" in its second edition for artists in music, cinema, drama, and sports from the heart of Riyadh on Thursday evening. The ceremony was broadcast live on MBC1 and the Shahid VIP platform, starting with the stars' arrivals and their passage on the green carpet at 8 PM until the conclusion of the event.
