Speed Radar Almost Ended Couple's Relationship

A "hasty" wife almost accused her husband of infidelity and sought a divorce after receiving a traffic violation notice for speeding in Turkey. The notice was accompanied by photos taken by a speed camera on a street in Istanbul. The wife had suspicions of betrayal after noticing a second person sitting next to her husband in the front seat.

Her anger intensified when the image obscured the features of the second person, under the guise of "privacy laws," leading her to believe her husband was with another woman.

In detail, the husband, Metin Erdagi, had bought an oversized doll from a cheap goods market in Istanbul and placed it next to him in the front seat of the car while driving home to Kasımpaşa. On his way back, a speed camera captured him driving at 96 km/h in an area where the speed limit was 80 km/h. The violation notice later arrived at their home, with his wife Nazan Ercih being the first to open it, which sent her into a state of anger and jealousy until he revealed the truth of the situation.
