A source at the American embassy denied to "Al-Jadeed" the circulating information regarding the arrival of US warships off the Karish field to provide protection for the offshore platforms. It is worth noting that there were previous reports about the arrival of US warships near the Karish field and their initiation of procedures to provide protection for the floating platform, and that NATO is actively using reconnaissance drones throughout the maritime region.
