In a related context, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, held a meeting with the Turkish president at the Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Thursday evening. During the meeting, they reviewed Saudi-Turkish relations and opportunities for development in various fields, as well as discussing updates on regional and international situations and the efforts being made regarding them, according to the Saudi Press Agency "SPA". It is noteworthy that the Turkish president arrived in Jeddah on Thursday evening. He was welcomed at King Abdulaziz International Airport by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Emir of Mecca Region, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers and National Security Advisor Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban (the accompanying minister), Jeddah Governor Saleh bin Ali Al-Turki, the chargé d'affaires at the Saudi Embassy in Ankara Mohammed Al-Harbi, Director of the Mecca Region Police Major General Saleh Al-Jabri, Director of King Abdulaziz International Airport Ezzam Noor, and Director of the Royal Protocol Office in the Mecca Region Ahmed Abdullah bin Dhafar.
