The 23-year-old Greek girl "Fidra" has accused Egyptian football player "Omar Warda" of harassment and insulting her. She posted a video on social media in January detailing her allegations.
The BBC contacted her and also reached out to another British girl who claimed to have experienced a similar attempt, but she refused to reveal her identity. The Egyptian player, who is currently with the Greek club "PAOK," denied these allegations, stating, "My accounts were hacked a month and a half ago; let me play football."
In a similar context, it's worth noting that Warda was excluded from the Egyptian national team following a similar incident involving a Mexican model in 2019. The credibility of these allegations remains in question.
