Syrian actress Dima Qandalaft astonished her followers with an unconventional look, as she posted a photo on her personal page on social media. In the picture, she appeared in a classic white suit, underneath which she wore a sheer white shirt. She styled her hair in a unique and striking updo and applied strong makeup in dark and bold colors.
The photo received admiration from many of her followers, who expressed both surprise and admiration for her appearance, describing it as "serious and classic."
It is worth noting that Dima Qandalaft's latest work was in the series "Al Hayba" in its fourth season, titled "Al Hayba: The Response," where she played a leading role alongside Syrian actors Taim Hassan and Mona Wasef, among others.
Dima Qandalaft was born on January 3, 1979. She is known for her distinguished tragic roles that left a significant mark on the audience, who also recognized her as a professional singer.
Dima studied in the Faculty of Economics and joined the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. She began singing in the Fa'ra Choir and then moved to another choir called Rainbow. Her first work was with Bashar Zarqan in the mural of Mahmoud Darwish, after which she joined the Sufar troupe. She started acting in the play "Song of the Moon" and later collaborated with Samer Ismail in the play "White-Black."
Among her most important series are "Bab Al-Hara" 1, 2, "What Your Right Hands Possess," "Cloud of Summer," "Spot of Light," and "Invasion," and she also participated in the sitcom "Radio Vietnam."
She received the Adonia Award in 2009 for Best Supporting Actress for her role as "Shahd" in the series "Cloud of Summer."
