Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that Moscow will respond immediately to any foreign attempts to hinder the military operation launched early Thursday against targets in Ukraine. In a message to the Russian people, marking the launch of the special military operation, Putin stated: "I now address some very important words to those who might be tempted to intervene in the ongoing events: whoever attempts to hinder our actions, not to mention pose a threat to our state and people, should know that Russia's response will be immediate and will lead to results you have never faced in your history."
