Diplomatic sources reported through "Anbaa" electronic platform that the French embassy in Beirut has started preparing a report on the prospects for the upcoming phase, suggesting what Paris can do and whether there is a need to propose a new initiative or to activate the old one, especially since Paris is concerned about the phase after the formation of the government leading to the presidential election. According to the information, after the conclusion of the French legislative elections, President Emmanuel Macron may focus on the Lebanese file by consulting with Lebanese officials and gauging their seriousness in pursuing a serious political settlement for salvation.
