UAE Ends the Suffering of Palestinian Mother and Reunites Her with Her Children

At four o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, life returned to Palestinian woman Walaa Azaizah, a mother of two, after she underwent a kidney transplant at Rambam Hospital in the Palestinian city of Haifa. The kidney was sent directly from the United Arab Emirates to Rambam Hospital, arriving the evening before on Thursday, allowing the surgery to take place two hours after the kidney's arrival, following a half-hour wait.

After a successful surgery, Walaa Azaizah, a resident of the village of Dabburiya in the Palestinian Galilee, ended her suffering after a long battle with illness and being away from her children's care for over five years. The UAE donated the kidney while she was in the nephrology department at Rambam Hospital in Haifa, as she required dialysis more than once a week.

The nephrology department at Rambam Hospital reported that the kidney, which was successfully transplanted to the Palestinian mother Walaa Azaizah, was suitable for her body and matched all the medical tests conducted for her.
