Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim revealed the deterioration of her brother's health following his infection with the coronavirus and his hospitalization, urging her fans to pray for his swift recovery.
In a tweet on Twitter, Njeim wrote: "Oh Lord, help my brother Shadi and heal him from coronavirus. It's too much for me in one year, Lord, protect and keep his family and children safe. A young man in the early years of his life shouldn't be put in such an emergency. Oh God, it’s a shame; help us all and heal our sick. We have no one but you, Saint Charbel, pray for us, pray for everyone, and don't forget my brother."
A large number of her colleagues in the artistic and media fields supported Nadine Njeim, including actress Carmen Lebbos, who commented: "God protect him, may He keep you and your children and family safe. Hopefully, this ordeal will pass." Zaher El Omari wished him health and safety.
Recently, Njeim asked her followers to participate in praying the rosary for the end of the coronavirus pandemic and to limit its spread in Lebanon. She wrote on her Instagram stories: "Today, let’s all share the prayer of the rosary for Lebanon and the end of this catastrophic epidemic."
On another note, Njeim will participate in the series "Salon Zahra" alongside actor Moatasem al-Nahar. Njeim will portray "Zahra," who owns a beauty salon and faces various challenges that she overcomes. The show is set to be released on the "Shahid VIP" platform before Ramadan.
