Social media users immediately circulated a photo of her ex-husband, Taim Hassan, from the same location on the same sofa, which he had previously posted on March 24, 2020, indicating that this photo is from their home.
Previously, Lebanese media figure Eli Basile surprised his followers by posting news about their divorce, also sharing a photo of them on his Instagram with the caption: "First and exclusively as usual, on November 15, I received word that on that day, specifically at 11 a.m., Waafa Kilani was at the National Bank - Alexandria branch to receive $100,000 as a money transfer from Dubai that was previously sent to her personally by actor Taim Hassan as a formal divorce settlement."
It is noteworthy that Waafa Kilani married Syrian artist Taim Hassan in May 2017 and they have no children together.
