The Amiri Diwan announced today, Thursday, the death of Sheikhha Fada Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, according to a statement published by the official Kuwait News Agency "KUNA."
The statement read: "The Amiri Diwan mourns the late Sheikhha Fada Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, who passed away at the age of 49. Her body will be laid to rest after the Friday afternoon prayer. Indeed, to God we belong and to Him we shall return." It is noteworthy that the late father of the deceased was buried on the same day that his daughter will be buried, which is January 15. The late Sheikhha was also mourned by Kuwaiti media figure Fajr Al-Saeed, the daughter of the thirteenth Emir of Kuwait, Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, who wrote on her social media pages: "May God have mercy on her with His vast mercy and grant patience to her mother... There is no power and no strength except through God."
