Ittihad Jeddah of Saudi Arabia congratulated the Egyptian national team for their victory over Ivory Coast with a score of 5-4 in the match held on Wednesday in Japoma, Cameroon, as part of the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations, enabling the Pharaohs to face Morocco in the quarter-finals. The Saudi club posted on their Twitter account alongside a picture of Hegazy in the Egyptian jersey: "Congratulations to our brother Egyptian national team, and our star Hegazy on reaching the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations."
