"Abu Salla" Could Not Escape... The Army Tightens the Noose

Security sources denied to "Akhbar Al-Yawm" agency information suggesting that the wanted individual (A.Z), nicknamed "Abu Salla," was able to escape from the Shraouna neighborhood in Baalbek. They stated that the reason for this news stemmed from the circulation of a voice message attributed to him, claiming that he had managed to break free from the cordon imposed by the army on the Shraouna and Tal Al-Abiad areas. The sources confirmed that the military operation being carried out by the army is ongoing and that the rumors being spread aim to confuse and distract from the military operation to facilitate the escape of the dangerous wanted individual.

The Directorate of Guidance reported that a force from the army is conducting raids in Shraouna-Bekaa in search of wanted individuals, leading to exchanges of gunfire resulting in several injuries. A second statement announced the martyrdom of one soldier and the injury of five others during the raid conducted by the army in Shraouna, which resulted in the arrest of several wanted individuals.
