Talal Mardini Requests Prayers for His Mother and the Connection to Nassif Zaitoun

Syrian artist Talal Mardini asked his followers on social media to pray for his mother, who is currently facing a health crisis.

Mardini shared a video on his Instagram account featuring artist Nassif Zaitoun reciting touching poetry about mothers. He captioned the video: "Mom, may God heal you and restore your health so you can beautify the whole world." He added, "I wish you would get up and listen to me so I could tell you how much I love you and how dark the world is while you are sick and unwell, mom, then mom, then mom."

On another note, Talal Mardini stirred considerable controversy among his fans after sharing an unexpected photo in which he wears an ear "hoop" and holds a weapon, commenting, "Hello, great ones, I'm still annoyed." Mardini faced harsh criticism from his audience, who accused him of resembling women due to the accessory, which prompted him to address the issue. He posted on his Instagram story a picture stating, "I swear to you, the hoop I have in my ear is for a character I'm playing in a new series. Please ease up on us a bit; we love you very much. Sometimes we have to change our appearance greatly to fit the character."

On the artistic front, Mardini joined the cast of the series "Al-Arbaji," written by Othman Jha and directed by Tamer Ishaq.
