Ronaldo's Girlfriend Resolves the Debate and Reveals His Future

Georgina Rodriguez, the partner of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the Juventus striker, spoke about his decision regarding his future with the club. Rodriguez responded to questions about his football future while filming a documentary with Netflix in Spain, claiming that he will remain with Juventus.

Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d'Or winner, which is the highest number in the world, is often linked with a departure from Turin, particularly in light of his competition with Argentine Lionel Messi, who has won it six times.

Rodriguez stated that Ronaldo, who previously played for Real Madrid before joining Juventus in the summer of 2018 for a record fee exceeding 100 million euros, will continue with the Bianconeri. When asked whether Ronaldo would leave Juventus this upcoming summer, Rodriguez replied, "He will stay."

Speculation about Ronaldo's continuation at Juventus has increased in recent months, with even the player's mother saying he would return to Portugal with Sporting Lisbon. However, Rodriguez’s words may provide significant comfort and reassurance to Juventus fans.

Ronaldo's contract with Juventus ends in the summer of 2022, but he wants to leave the club this summer, especially after the return of Italian coach Massimiliano Allegri, with whom he doesn't share a good relationship.

According to Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ronaldo is a candidate for a move to French club Paris Saint-Germain in a swap deal between the two clubs. The report indicated that Ronaldo is the main candidate to replace Kylian Mbappe at PSG if the French striker leaves this summer. The paper added that Ronaldo's transfer would involve Argentine striker Mauro Icardi moving to Juventus, despite Icardi recently confirming that his future lies in Paris.
