Egyptian artist Nancy Salah officially celebrated her engagement to director Samah Abdel Aziz, Ruby's ex-husband, choosing Valentine's Day for this occasion.
Salah shared photos of the engagement on her Facebook page, showing off her ring, and commented: "Happy valentines love, or more accurately, may God protect us."
In related news, some media outlets revealed the details of the engagement, confirming that it took place at Nancy's family home with only a few friends and family members present due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Salah previously stated in an interview that she does not want to discuss her personal life, adding: "When I want to inform, I will do so; I do not want to talk about personal matters."
On another note, director Samah Abdel Aziz is currently filming the first scenes of "Nile Crocodiles," which stars Khaled El Sawy, Mostafa Khater, Hamdi Al Merghani, Bayoumi Fouad, Mohamed Tharwat, Wizo, Karim Afifi, and Badreya Tolba. The screenplay is written by Louay El Sayyed, produced by Rani Mashaal, and directed by Samah Abdel Aziz.
It is worth mentioning that Samah Abdel Aziz was previously married to broadcaster Dalia Farag, with whom he has three daughters, but they separated after Ruby announced her marriage to the director.
