Egypt: Horrifying Details in the Murder Case of

Egyptian media revealed on Friday details regarding the incident of a woman being murdered by her husband in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate. The Egyptian newspaper "Al-Watan" reported eyewitness accounts from the police file and the brother of the "October Woman," stating that the husband had been torturing his wife since Thursday afternoon. He left the house after the wife's brother attempted to mediate a reconciliation between them, but the husband was angry and determined to take revenge, returning in the evening to continue torturing the woman throughout the night until she died.

According to the newspaper, attempts by neighbors to intervene and confront the husband, who continued to torture his wife, failed after he shouted at them, demanding they not interfere. Witnesses noted that at dawn, silence and calm settled in the apartment, and the neighbors were shocked to discover that the wife had succumbed to the torture she endured.

The public prosecution decided to remand the husband of the October woman for four days pending investigations, charging him with premeditated murder and assigning a forensic doctor to conduct an autopsy on the victim's body to officially determine the cause of death.

The prosecution listened to the testimony of the victim's brother, who said he received a call from neighbors informing him that his sister was being tortured by her husband. When he went to her and tried to mediate a reconciliation between them, the husband claimed he was going to his dairy shop and left them. The "October Woman's" brother stated that he spoke with his sister, urging her to resolve disagreements with her husband, then left the apartment. In the morning, he received a call from her neighbors informing him of his sister's murder at the hands of her husband, and when he arrived at her apartment, he found police working at the crime scene.
