The Central Bank of Lebanon announced that "the trading volume on the 'Sayrafa' platform reached 60 million US dollars today, at an average of 70,000 Lebanese pounds per dollar, based on the exchange rates of transactions executed by banks and exchange institutions on the platform." It stated in a report that "banks and exchange institutions should continue to record all buying and selling operations on the 'Sayrafa' platform in accordance with the circulars issued regarding this matter."
