According to information from "Al-Jomhouria," sourced from French and European diplomatic circles, a French envoy has arrived in Beirut in recent hours. Anne Gueguene, the Director for North Africa and the Middle East at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, is leading a diplomatic and administrative delegation. The delegation is set to begin its official visit today at Baabda Palace, where they will meet with President Aoun before a round of visits with the Speaker of the Parliament and the Prime Minister. They are scheduled to meet with Foreign Minister Abdullah Bou Habib at 3:30 PM today.
