Moscow accused "Ukrainian saboteurs" on Wednesday of blowing up part of an ammonia pipeline in the Kharkiv region. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted that "repairing the Togliatti-Odessa pipeline will take one to three months." Ukraine claims that the pipeline has been repeatedly targeted by Russian shelling.
