Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu confirmed today, Friday, that Turkey is concerned about the potential escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine in the spring. In a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Ankara, Çavuşoğlu stated that Turkey will continue its efforts to end the war through negotiations.
