After a video circulated on social media showing a minor with his hands tied and visible signs of abuse inflicted by his father, the Directorate of Guidance in the Lebanese Army announced that a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence managed to arrest the Syrian national (J.H.) in the town of Batoulieh, in the Tyre district, for having abused his minor son, Mohammad.
