Vice President of the Weather and Climate Association in Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Al-Masnad, announced that the amount of rain that fell on the city of Jeddah in 6 hours was equivalent to what typically falls in an entire season. In a tweet regarding this, the Saudi expert clarified that the heavy rainfall in Jeddah reached 169 mm, indicating that what usually falls in Jeddah over an entire season occurred in just 6 hours.
