WhatsApp users face several limitations while communicating with others, such as video size and the number of photos that can be sent. The tech site “WaBetaInfo,” which closely monitors developments in WhatsApp, reported that the 30-photo limit for sending in personal chats and groups will soon be lifted.
The new update will allow users to send up to 100 photos in a single message. It noted that this new feature is currently being tested in the beta version by several testers after being introduced in the latest update for that version.
The site obtained a screenshot showing the WhatsApp interface while uploading photos, which displayed a note at the bottom stating that the maximum limit is now 100 photos, not the current 30. According to the tech site, this feature will make it easier for users to share their photo albums with friends and family.
