Israeli Army: Gunfire from Syria at an Israeli Surveillance Drone

The spokesperson for the Israeli army to the Arab media, Avichai Adraee, revealed that an Israeli army drone was subjected to gunfire from light weapons from within Syrian territory while it was engaged in a routine information-gathering mission. In response, Israeli forces fired machine guns toward the area from which the gunfire was detected. Adraee noted that "the drone sustained no damage and continued its mission."
