FEI Maintains Suspension of Russia and Belarus

The President of the International Equestrian Federation, Ingmar De Vos, announced on Wednesday the continuation of the ban on the participation of athletes, horses, and judges from Russia and Belarus in competitions organized by the federation until further notice. He added that "this decision was made after a meeting of the federation’s board to discuss the framework recommended by the International Olympic Committee on March 28," noting that the board believes that neutrality cannot be defined and assessed satisfactorily at this stage.
