Title: Financial Measures to Save the Academic Year

The Minister of Finance in the caretaker government, Youssef Khalil, signed a request to open an account in favor of the Ministry of Education to transfer the amount of the advance approved by the Council of Ministers, amounting to 1,050 billion Lebanese pounds, as part of a plan to rescue the academic year. This followed a meeting held in Minister Khalil's office at the Ministry of Finance, which included the Minister of Education in the caretaker government, Abbas Halabi, the Director General of Education, Imad Ashkar, the head of the Parliamentary Education Committee, MP Hassan Murad, and committee members, MPs Ashraf Beydoun and Ihab Hamada.
