The Minister of Interior and Municipalities in the caretaker government, Bassam Mawlawi, posted on his Twitter account: "After long surveillance, the special group of the judicial police successfully arrested the Syrian national B.M., nicknamed 'the barber,' who is an architect of drug trafficking networks and is wanted on more than 200 judicial warrants, along with the Lebanese national Y.Z., one of the major drug traffickers."
