Trade Exchange Between Sudan and Russia

The Sudanese ambassador to Moscow, Hassan Muhammad Al-Ghazali Al-Tijani Siraj, confirmed that his country is seeking to increase trade exchange with Russia, noting that Khartoum has much to offer, according to his statements to the Sputnik agency. He said, "The level of trade exchange between Russia and Sudan does not meet the desired level, and increasing it will have a positive impact on both countries." Al-Siraj added that his country can supply Russia with cotton, fruits, and gum Arabic, of which Sudan is one of the largest global producers.
