The Turkish state energy company "BOTAŞ" announced today, Friday, that authorities will reduce the prices of natural gas supplied for electricity production by 16.67% starting from April 1. Last week, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced that Turkey will reduce natural gas prices for industrial users by 20% in April, ahead of the elections scheduled for May 14.
