The Saudi ambassador to Lebanon, Waleed Bukhari, continues his visits to political and spiritual leaders. On Friday, he visited former Prime Minister Tammam Salam at his residence in Al-Mousaitbeh. During the meeting, there was a strong emphasis on the necessity of electing a president for the republic as soon as possible to prevent prolonging the void and plunging Lebanon into uncertainty. Discussions included the current situation and developments in Lebanon and the region. The ambassador exchanged friendly conversations and reviewed the overall current issues on both local and regional fronts, as well as the relations between the two brotherly countries.
