Elías Bou Saab After Visiting Raad: I Felt Openness to Any Effort

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Elías Bou Saab, after meeting with the head of the "Loyalty to the Resistance" bloc, MP Muhammad Raad in Harat Hreik, confirmed that "the meeting was necessary and important, aiming to assess the current phase we are going through and to work on finding exits and common ground between parliamentary blocs, and the main topic of discussion is communication." He pointed out that he "felt complete openness to any effort that can occur with any group of parties." For his part, Raad confirmed that "the meeting was an opportunity for consultation and to explore opinions regarding our current situation in Lebanon," welcoming "this exploratory movement for the opinions and perspectives of the blocs in light of what Lebanon is experiencing at this time."
