"Qatar Energy" set the price of Al-Shaheen crude shipments for August loading for buyers under fixed-term contracts at a premium of $1.08 per barrel above the Dubai crude price quotes. The premium is slightly higher than the $1.03 per barrel in July, which was the lowest in 27 months.
