White House spokesperson John Kirby stated today, Monday, that U.S. President Joe Biden looks forward to working with the winner of the Turkish elections, whoever that may be, which seems to be heading for a runoff on May 28. Kirby added, "We congratulate the Turkish people for expressing their wishes at the ballot box in a peaceful manner."
