The South Korean government reported on Sunday that "Hyundai Engineering & Construction" has signed a contract worth $5 billion with "Aramco" to build a petrochemical complex in the Kingdom. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport mentioned that "Minister Won Hee-ryong, who attended the signing ceremony in Saudi Arabia, stated that the deal will expand the scope of energy cooperation between the two countries."
