Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Monday that Russian missile strikes on the city of Pavlohrad resulted in the deaths of two people and injured 40. Zelensky said, "The terrorists' shells took the souls of two very young people... 40 others, including women, children, and men, are being treated for wounds and injuries." He mentioned that a 14-year-old boy was killed near his school when a bomb hit the area in Chernihiv, close to the Russian border.
