Two siblings drowned in a swimming pool in the Makadi area of Hurghada, Egypt. The victims were 8-year-old Radwa Abdullah Al-Basal and her 6-year-old brother, Mohamed. According to preliminary investigations, the incident occurred while the children were spending their vacation at the tourist village, where their bodies were discovered in the pool. They were transferred to the morgue of Hurghada General Hospital, where it was determined that the cause of death was asphyxia due to drowning.
