Injured in Shooting in Washington During Independence Day Celebrations

Nine people were injured while participating in the United States Independence Day celebrations due to gunfire in one of the neighborhoods of the capital, Washington, according to the capital's police. In a police statement, it was mentioned: "We have a total of nine victims, two of whom are minors, one aged nine and the other seventeen. All were transported to hospitals for necessary treatment, and the investigation is still in its initial stages." A police officer noted in the statement that "the shooting came from a black SUV that stopped and began firing at local residents who were outside celebrating Independence Day."
