Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced that an earthquake occurred in Kahramanmaraş province in the south of the country, causing panic among residents who rushed into the streets. The center indicated that the earthquake struck the "Gogson" area and had a magnitude of 4.7 at a depth of 7 kilometers.
