On Tuesday, a 4-magnitude earthquake struck Dagestan in the border region between the municipalities of Sergokalinsky and Kayakent, as reported by the TASS agency. The Dagestani Ministry of Emergency Situations, citing the earthquake monitoring center at the Russian Academy of Sciences, stated that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 2 km. It was noted that residents in the area felt light tremors, and there were no reports of damage or injuries.
