Russia Accuses America of Planning Cyber Attacks Against It

A Russian official newspaper reported that "Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev accused the United States on Monday of planning cyber attacks on important information infrastructure in Russia." The newspaper quoted Patrushev stating that "the U.S. cyber leadership, the National Security Agency, and the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence based in Estonia are planning and directing attacks under the Ukrainian flag." Reuters was unable to immediately verify Patrushev's accusations published by the government newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
