Turkish Airport Suspends Flights Due to Unknown Object

According to "Haberler.com", dozens of flights were canceled today, Saturday, at Gaziantep Airport in Turkey after the discovery of an unknown object in the airspace near the airport. The site reported that the crews of two passenger planes noticed an unidentified object at an altitude of approximately 2,743 meters and informed the air traffic control center in Gaziantep about the situation. After air traffic controllers confirmed the presence of the strange object, flights at Gaziantep Airport were suspended. The cancellation of flights left hundreds of passengers waiting for hours at Gaziantep Airport.
