The Kremlin confirmed today, Friday, that the aspects related to Russian agricultural exports in the grain export agreement via Black Sea ports "have not been fulfilled," and stated that the prospects for the agreement "are not very good."
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova pointed out on Thursday that "Moscow does not find the execution of the grain export agreement through the Black Sea satisfactory."
Earlier this week, Ukrainian presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak stated that the proposal by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres regarding the improvement and extension of the safe export agreement for Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea would not succeed unless the international community collectively pressured Russia.
