Shoigu Visits Troops Involved in Military Operation in Ukraine

Russian news agency reported on Monday that "Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu visited the Russian troops participating in the military operation in Ukraine," marking his first public appearance since the mutiny of the Wagner private military group. The agreement included granting immunity to the rebels from prosecution in exchange for their return to their camps, but it is unclear whether Putin also agreed to changes in the top military command or offered any other concessions.
