Hutchison Ports Invests $700 Million in Two Egyptian Ports

The port unit "Hutchison Ports," a subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings, announced that it will invest approximately $700 million in two major Egyptian ports, raising its total investments in the country to over $1.5 billion. It clarified that the investment will focus on developing a new container terminal at the Ain Sokhna Port on the Red Sea and at Berth 100, a new container terminal in Alexandria on the Mediterranean Sea.
